Quintana Roo promoted diving at DEMA Show 2026 in New Orleans
The Quintana Roo Secretariat of Tourism (SEDETUR) reported participation at the DEMA Show 2026 in New Orleans (event dated 3–6 November 2026) to strengthen international promotion of diving in the Mexican Caribbean. The delegation was led by Undersecretary Pablo Casas and Director of Sustainable Tourism Planning Miguel Cámara. At the trade show, SEDETUR held meetings with industry organizations and buyers, including SSI, SDI and PADI, aiming to promote the region’s underwater tourism offerings. [1]
Cancún confirmed the venue and date for the second Expo Turismo Health & Wellness 2026
The General Coordination of Communication reported that Cancún will host the second Expo Turismo Health & Wellness on 3 December 2026 at the Live Aqua Cancún hotel, from 09:00 to 17:00. The announcement was made by Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa and Benito Juárez municipal president Ana Paty Peralta. The notice invites local participation and frames the expo as part of the destination’s health-and-wellness tourism promotion strategy. [2]
