Mistral Costa Mujeres

Mistral Costa Mujeres proposes a way of living in the Caribbean from an oceanfront residential tower conceived by Legorreta Arquitectos and developed by Evalor. Its two- to four-bedroom residences are distinguished by generous proportions, large windows and terraces that take advantage of views toward the coast and Isla Mujeres. The combination of materials, light and contemporary Mexican architecture gives character to a proposal that prioritizes rest and a direct relationship with the landscape.

Among its planned amenities are an exclusive beach club, oceanfront pool, private pier, nautical garage for equipment and light boats, spa, gym, padel court, playroom, business center and guest suites. It is a particularly attractive alternative for those who wish to incorporate the sea into their daily life through boat outings, beach activities and family gatherings, with high-level amenities contemplated in the development currently under construction.
